Paola Bortolin is the founder of SoBeach Tours. Paola graduated in Hospitality and Tourism Management in 1994 from Escuela Superior de Hotelería in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She subsequently enhanced her hospitality and tourism career by achieving a Master’s Degree in 2008 from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
Developing an exciting career in the hospitality and tourism industry, she worked in guest relations at the distinguished Alvear Palace Hotel, member of The Leading Hotels of the World, and also the luxury brand of Marriott International, the Renaissance Chicago Hotel.
Paola’s hospitality trajectory includes high-profile guest service experience at some of the finest establishments in the world, such as the Caesar Park Hotel, Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center, Aspen Towers Hotel and the Relais and Chateux French restaurant, La Bourgogne.
During her career, Paola successfully developed an extensive portfolio of privileged connections and contacts that affords the delivery of high-quality service.
